What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. If you book a call or email us directly, we collect whatever you choose to share with us.

If you become a client, we collect billing details needed to process payment. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe, our payment processor, handles that directly and is PCI-compliant in its own right.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver the work you've hired us for, process payment, and — for Storefront clients — run the ongoing services included in that plan. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything beyond running this business and serving you.

Who we share it with

• Formspree — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Stripe — processes payments and stores billing details on our behalf.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep client and lead records for as long as needed to deliver the service, meet our accounting obligations, and maintain a record of past work. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lithe.agency and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
