Refund Policy

Spark & Studio

These are billed half upfront, half on completion. The upfront deposit secures your slot and covers the design and development time we commit to your project, so it's non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before we've started work, we'll refund your deposit in full. The final payment is only due — and only charged — once the site is ready for handover.

Storefront

Storefront is billed monthly with no lock-in contract. There's nothing to refund — cancel anytime before your next billing date and you simply won't be charged again. We don't prorate or refund partial months already billed.

Custom work

Refund terms for Custom engagements are agreed upfront as part of the written proposal, since scope and payment schedule vary project to project.

If you think we've fallen short of what we agreed to, email hello@lithe.agency and tell us what's wrong. We'd rather fix it or work out something fair than have you walk away unhappy.
